When you want to move from a local installation to a server, you have to notify us either in a letter or by sending us an e-mail to support-dk@agrovision.com
Then we will prepare a new contract and send it to you. We will contact you and discuss further steps in the transformation from local to server. 


When you want to cancel  your license, it is important that you send the resignation either in a letter or by sending us an e-mail to support-dk@agrovision.com. The notice has to be done one month before the license period for one year runs out. All use of our software must stop immediately,  after you have sent your resignation to us. 


For both scenarios you must return your dongle from the local installation. The dongle must look like one of the ones in the picture below and is placed in your computer.

The dongle must be returned to us - and it should be received by Agrovision no later than 14 days after cancellation of your license. If you do not return the dongle, we will invoice the equivalent of one year of license with respect to our license agreement and sales and delivery terms.


Please, send the dongle as a package because some sorting machines at the postal office have ripped up the envelope and the dongle has gone missing. If the dongle goes missing in the mail, we will consider the dongle as not returned. Then we will invoice the equivalent of one year of license with respect to our license agreement and sales and delivery terms.
