When you get a new medicament that you need you must give to your animals, you will have to create the diagnosis, medicament and the journal.
Select the tab “General” – “Medicine/vaccination”
Diagnose:
Go to the first “white/empty” line and enter a code. Here 0100 – and a name here: Sick
Medicament:
In the first empty line you enter a code. Here 0100 and the name of the medicament. Here: Sick. Add the unit, withdrawal days and valid from date:
Journal:
In the first empty line you enter a journal code. Here 0100. Now you must fill in all lines like this:
Type: select from the drop down menu
Status: select from the drop down menu
Pig Type: press F5 to see a list, here sows are selected
Diagnosis: Sick
Medicament: XXYYZZ
Treatment: Here you write what the prescription on the bottle or from the vet says.
Here it is 5 ml per 25 kg pig for 3 days
Dosage is here 5 (from the 5 ml)
KG pig is here 25 (from the 25 kg pig)
Average weight per pig you enter here it is 250 kg – the program will calculate the amount of medicine the sow must have.
The sow must have for 3 days, so under Repeat days, you enter 1,2,3.
Add your CPH no. to the journal so you can use PigVision Mobile sows to do the treatment.
