Once you have PigVision Online, you need to install TSPrint in order to print, save and send reports.
Download TSPrint via this link: Download TSPrint to Print from your Terminal Server | Terminalworks
Close PigVision before you start installing. Even if you already have TSPrint, you can download it again - this will give you the latest version.
Follow the on-screen instructions. After the installation is complete, search for "Options" on your computer, after which a window will appear. Make sure there is a check mark in the columns below and select "TSPrint 2".
Exit by pressing "Apply" and close the window.
When you wish to print from PigVision, your printer will appear as "TSPrint default"
The purpose of TSPrint is to improve the speed of printing, sending or saving a printout from PigVision Online.
