In AgroVision we are aiming to work according to the ISO 27001 standard, other business we manage is ISO27001 certified, so we know how to work this way.
We make regular backups of our hosted customers data, stated as:
- Daily incremential backup, kept for 3 weeks on local storage
- Weekly full backup (every Saturday evening), kept for 4 weeks on local storage
- Weekly full backup (every Saturday evening), kept for 9 weeks on Immuteable Azure Storage Blob
- Monthly full backup (every first saturday of the month), kept for 5 months on Immuteable Azure Storage Blob
You as a customer has full access to your own data, therefore we can not guarantee that your credentials can not be abused. This is the responsibility of you as a customer, but we always want to help if we need to restore data.
