Save file that you received att. to email into a suitable folder in C:drive.
Route in PigVision is Breeding - Breed progeny - click folder icon to open
and download the needed file from c:drive
If PigVision asks questions, reply No.
2.Creating sow
After downloading the breed progeny you can create the animals as sows.
Enter empty Ear tag column number for the animal. This is going to be sow number.
After filling in numbers you need to copy 3 first columns with ctrl + c.
Route is Sows/boars – Entry – Ensikot sisään
and paste data into entry layout ctrl + v.
When you create a sow you need also animal number, but the tattoo can be the animal number also.
Now these animals have vanished from breed progeny layout and entered sow layouts. When we use the tattoo of the animal in entry all other info follows the animal.
