The following system requirements apply for communication with Skiold Webservice:

  • The PC must have a static IP-adress 
  • Customer must have a static IP-address at his ISP (Internet Service Provider) 
  • There must be made a port forwarding from external IP-adress:80 to internal IP-adress:80 
  • Security (firewall etc.) on the local installation may not prohibit communication through port 80.
