In PigVision the contact persons are called “Third party”, you find them here:
Select the bottom white box and select a random code for the contact. In the example below the codes are 0-3.
Fill in the information about the contact person. "Code" and "Type" are mandatory.
If you want to send a back up to the person, you need to set a checkmark at “Mail web backup”.
Whenever you do a backup, you will be asked if you want to send a copy to the person.
You are also able to create a mail list with multiple contacts for fx e-mailing the stocktake. Select type "Mail list" and double click on the code of the mail list.
An edit box appears and you are now able to add already existing customers on your third party list by their codes. See the example below.
