To create a new sale in AgroVision Sows mobile app you select "Sales" on the homescreen and click "Add new single sale".



Before creating a new sale enter a "Delivery date". This is mandatory but editable. 

You can proceed regardless if you choose a customer now or later. Eventually you must choose a customer to approve the sale and synchronize to AgroVision Sows.

Move to another tab by clicking on the icons on the top

In the next step, set the "Order criteria". 

When creating "Order criteria" you set the criteria for age, breed, index and sex of the animals. One order criteria is automatically created and up to 5 other criteria can be added, by clicking "+ Add extra criteria". 

You can only select one breed and one sex per order criteria, so if you need to add different breeds or sex you must add a new order criteria.


Breed

  • The breeds can be set up in AgroVision Sows web application. Read here.
  • Once the animal is selected it is not possible to delete a breed only changing it.

Sex

  • Choose male (left) or female (right).
  • Once the animal is selected it is not possible to delete the sex, only change it.


Index

  • You can put "Index" range into the selection criteria.
      


Amount and age

  • The amount of animals can range from 0 to 999
  • The age of the animals in weeks
  • If you want more animals with a different age put that in the next row called "Number"

Delete the line by clicking the trashcan icon. A minimum of one order criteria is required to create a sale.

In the next step, the animals that match the selected criteria will be displayed:

Click the last icon at the top of the page to open the sales order summary. This will display any issues related to the order.
