Sometimes milk from an English customer does not arrive. This is because the separator in the Excel file is a comma instead of a semicolon.


This can be changed via 


1. Control Panel

2. Go to Country/Region

3. Click on More settings

4. Enter ; as the separator


Click on OK.


Close the Fullwood Distributor and restart it.


Run the task again so that the three Excel files are refreshed.


The milk can now be read in again.
