Activate VVVO number.
Before you can upload data to HiTier you need to activate the VVVO number(s).
This is done in Settings / Data exchange / HIT TAM. Here you need to enter the PIN code / password that you have for each VVVO number. When you press save the password is verified on the HiTier portal.
Set animal type.
In settings / Data exchange / HIT TAM you can set the animal type.
Weaner : if you set the animal type on the VVVO number to weaner, all events on the VVVO number will be sent to HiTier as animal type weaner regardless of the weight of the pigs.
Grower: if you set the animal type on the VVVO number to Grower, all events on the VVVO number will be sent to HiTier as animal type Grower regardless of the weight of the pigs.
Settings
Manual
With the setting “Manual” the data to HiTier will be sent based on the weight of the animal. If the pigs is below 30 kg, it will be sent as weaner. If it is above 30 kg, it will be sent as Growers.
Change of animal type in Manual setting
To manually change the animal type on pigs in a batch or a location from Weaners to Growers, you need to make a stock take of the pigs. When the weight of the animals is above 30 kg, there will be a record made on the shift in animal type from Weaners to Growers.
Auto
With the functionality Auto, the program will calculate when the pigs pass 30 kg in weight. For the calculation you can specify the daily gain you have on your farm in that weight.
If the pigs are bought at 28 kg, and the daily gain is set to 500g, the change in animal type will be made automatically 4 days after the entry.
Inventory report
A new inventory report has been added under the menu Report. This report shows the in and out flow of pigs on the selected VVVO number or location.
The report always starts by default on the 1st January of the actual year. The actual number of pigs is shown. The number starts with the stocktake of pigs and is then calculated from the in and out flow of pigs.
