You can retrieve a new license by following these steps:
Option 1:
Go to '20. Help, 20.6. License form'
Click on the 'Retrieve license via internet' button
In order to retrieve the license data, you must have entered your Agrovision relationship number and password.
To create a new password:
https://portal.agrovision.nl/LogonForm.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2findex.aspx
Fill the you Agrovision nummer and password
You only need to enter these once. Once these have been entered, you can always retrieve your license data via the internet and you no longer have to enter them manually.
If you do not have your Agrovision relationship number at hand, please contact Agrovision.
Enter the relationship number and password and select 'Save' Then select 'Retrieve license via internet'
The license has now been retrieved and saved.
Option 2:
'Access, System Management'
'1. Input/Change, 1.6. License Form'
Click on the 'Retrieve License via Internet' button
To retrieve the license data, you must have filled in your Agrovision relationship number and password.

You must fill these in once. Once these have been filled in, you can always retrieve your license data via the Internet and you no longer have to enter them manually.

The license has now been retrieved and saved.
