If you would like to open Dashboard Sows on a Smart TV, you need to make sure that it fulfill the system requirements:

Google Chrome as default browser

Google Chrome should be the default internet browser on the Smart TV. If you use a own brand browser of the Smart TV, it can not show Dashboard Sows.

My AgroVision account

You need a valid My AgroVision account. See how to set this up here. 

Also you need a PigVision database that is linked to My AgroVision. See how to set up communication between PigVision and My AgroVision here. 

Internet connection

It is necessary to make sure you have a stable internet connection to be able to get access to the Dashboard Sows, because it is only available online and needs internet to update.

Be aware that the Dashboard Sows is updated each 24 hours.
