When calculating the E-control, you may experience a positive or a negative difference.
Positive difference
Either too many pigs have been added or too few have been removed.
You can check these menus in the period:
- Status: Go to "Progeny" - "Stocktake" and check if the date and the amount of pigs are correct.
- Sold: Go to "Progeny" - "Exit" and check if all registrations are correct.
It is possible to calculate an analysis, which provide you with an overview of sold pigs in the period.
Go to "Analysis progeny" - "Production level".
Choose the date interval, location, "Week" and "Period" in the category "Sums".
You can see the amount of sold pigs per week by looking at the key figure "Pigs sold (No)". In this example, there are no pigs sold the 11-04-2024 or 23-05-2024.
Negative difference
Either too few pigs have been added or too many have been removed.
You can check these menus in the period:
- Status: Go to "Progeny" - "Stocktake" and check if the date and the amount of pigs are correct.
Also check if 2 registrations with the same status date have been created. - Weanings: Go to "Sows/boars" - "Weaning" and check if a location have been added to all weanings. It is possible to filter on "Empty" in the "Location" column to get a quick overview.
