N.B.: This is a guide for adding key figures on a standard formula collection. The key figure will disappear after an update if you don't create your own layout. If you choose to create your own formula collection, we cannot vouch for the results as it would not be based on the standard AgroVision validated equations.
To change key figures used on the effeciency control, you have to choose the the right formulary which is used on the E-control. This can be found in "General" - "Production reports" and look for "Keyfigures". In this example we use the E-control for sows.
Find "General" - "Administration" - "Formula collection" and chose the formula collection which is used for the E-control.
Go to the bottom of the window, and click on the binocular icon.
In the green filter line, search for the code by writing a small part of the word - in this case "*live*" and double click on the right key figure.
The key figure is now added to the formula collection which the E-control is calculated from. Remove the tick from "Is avarage" and add the right section header code for the added key figure. If in doubt, search in the green filter line for a similar key figure.
Close the window and go to "Report" - "E control" - Sows" and press "Calculate".
Click on "Production" and then "Layout setup". Click the little arrow next to "Edit type" to see all possible key figures. Write a small part of the key figure name with "*" around and click "Show all"
Find the right key figure on the list, double click and close the window.
Tick the newly added key figure on the list, click "Ok" and then you have your new key figure shown on your E-control.
