Start the analysis by selecting "Meat %" as key figure:

On the left side of the analysis window, you can now choose which criteria your data should be calculated from:

Select the period of which you would like to see the meat percentage in the dropdown menu. If you choose the period to be "None", you can decide your start and end dates yourself.

Select the locations or batches from which you want the meat percentage to be calculated:

In addition, you can choose how you want the distribution curve to be divided.
 Choose either:

  • "None" – A graph will appear for each gender you have selected.
  • "Location" – A graph is displayed for each location you have selected. With this option, you can compare different locations. Select a minimum of two locations with this option.
  • "Batch" – A graph is displayed for each batch you have selected. Here you can also compare the key figure by selecting at least two batches.
  • "Weeks" – A graph is displayed for each week in the selected period. With this you can see if the meat percentage varies between weeks.

Select which genders you would like to see the meat percentage of:

Finally, you can also insert minimum and maximum values. When doing so, vertical lines appear on the graph indicating the range. With these lines, you can determine if the meat percentage is within the desired range.
