1. Pair the reader with your Android phone. The code is 1234.
  2. Choose the reader in the app by following this guide: Connect your phone or tablet to a reader
  3. Now you can scan your ear tags.


Activate bluetooth on the stick reader (in case the bluetooth icon is not shown in the screen)

  1. Go to "Menu" - "Setup" - "Interface setup" - "Bluetooth" - "Set bluetooth mode"
  2. Choose "Slave mode"


Increase the standby time on the stickreader. As a default this is set to 60 sec.

  1. Go to "Menu" - "Display" - "Set switch off time" 
  2. Press the arrow to increase the active time.
