Under General – Third Party you can create customers, advisors, or others, who you would like to send different analysis or reports to.
Please be aware of the filters in the rest of the program. Do you want to send a delivery note to a customer and you have a fixed filter, so you only see the active customers. Then you need to set the newly created contact to active otherwise the contact will not show.
Example where the filter line is set to show only active customers – Status is marked 1 Active:
If this is the case, please remember to set new created contacts to active – like here:
You can also remove the fixed filter by right clicking and take away the check mark form Active
