You can report movements between your own herds and sale of animals from 'Progeny'
You can report movement of dead animals to a collecting area.
How to setup:
- Go to General - Locations.
On each location representing a 'CPH No.' must be of the type 'Site', have and CPH No. and marked with a checkmark for Progeny. 
- Go to General - Third party
Add a new thirdparty and change the type to Transporter. And give the entry the truck registration number and DK as truck country code.
If a trailer is used, this also needs to be given a registration no and a country code.
Collecting area for dead animals and customers of sold animals must be created too in Third party.
- Go to Progeny - Transfers
Add the fields: Transporter, Sent to FVST and Destination
To be able to send transfers between your own herds, the registration must be extended with the field to register the transporter (and time for relocation) and a field showing when data is sent to the Danish CPH register (The Danish Veterinary and Food administration)
If the time of relocation isn't entered it will automatically be set to 12.00 hours.
When the data is sent the field 'Sent to FVST' will be updated with timestamp. 
- Go to Progeny - Exit(Progeny)
When animals is transported to a customer with your own vehicles the fields 'Destination' (receiver of the animals) and 'Transporter' and 'Sent to FVST ' must be added to the layout.
If the time of relocation isn't entered it will automatically be set to 12.00 hours.
When the data is sent the field 'Sent to FVST' will be updated with timestamp. 
- Go to Progeny - Dead
If you transfer dead animals to a collecting area, the fields 'Destination' and 'Transporter' must be added to the layout.
If the time of relocation isn't entered it will automatically be set to 12.00 hours.
When the data is sent the field 'Sent to FVST' will be updated with timestamp.
- Go to Sows Boars - Removal - PigVision
If you transfer dead animals to a collecting area, the fields 'Destination' and 'Transporter' must be added to the layout.
If the time of relocation isn't entered it will automatically be set to 12.00 hours.
When the data is sent the field 'Sent to FVST' will be updated with timestamp.
How to transfer the data:
The data transfer you activate under General - Administration - Exporter - Export FVST
The transfer of data takes place under the menu General -> Administration -> Export-> Export Fødevarestyrelsen
This function can be added to the screen as a shortcut. Use Icon setup Change the list of icons on the PigVision desktop
The first time you send data the user will be asked for your credentials: Username and Password.
If your credentials have changed the press the Ctrl-button and hold it while you go to "General - Administration - Export - Export Fødevarestyrelsen" and you will get the window where you can change your credentials.
