Fattening means: Depending on age and calved yes / no that the animal falls into category 115, 122 or 120.
Dairy means: 100, 101 or 102.
Beef for breeding means: Animals are meat animals but are not fattening animals. These animals just fall under codes 101, 102 or 120.
