To be able to approve your veterinarian visits, there must be a visit-report from the veterinarian. Other documents can be there, but if there is no visit-report you can’t approve the visit. To check if the report is there you double click on the date of the visit and look at the files. If there isn’t a file ending with visit.pdf you must contact your veterinarian and ask them to send it.
